Crumlin Bowling Club opens it's doors to any interested prospective bowlers. Come along for a family day of fun. Try out bowl for the first time. All you need is a pair of flat runners and we will provide the rest.
Meet some international players, learn the basics and try bowling. Open to all ages and all abilities. One of the most inclusive sports available.

Over the last few years, Crumlin Bowling Club has hosted a fantastic family day on Easter Sunday. This year is no different. We have fun for all children with arts time, kids disco, Easter Egg Hunt and also a special visit from the Easter Bunny!

2013 IWBA National Championships at Ballymena Bowling Club.

We are delighted to have had Ann Malone, Ann Mulreid, Margaret McNevin & Noeleen Kelly Presenting the LBLI this week in the National Championships.

Unfortunately no win, on the last end lost two and the final score is 23-16. A great effort by our girls naturally they will be disappointed.

Crumlin are very proud to be joint hosts (with St. James Gate) this year of the International Lawn Bowls Championships between Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, Jersey and Guernsey. This event takes place from Wed 26th June to Friday 28th June. -This involves an under 25 Singles an Open Singles, Pairs, Triples, Fours and Senior Fours event with all 6 countries participating.
Then the International Series between Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England will take place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June. This involves 24 players from each country playing in rinks of 4 against the other three teams.
In total over 170 Competitors will participate and spectators estimated to be in excess of 500 will attend. See some of the world’s best bowlers in action over the 5 days. This is the centenary year of the event and Dublin is honoured to be hosting it. The last time that it was held in Dublin in 1952, over 60 years ago. Brian Morton from the Bowling League of Ireland is the President of the British Isles Bowls Council who are running the event which is Hosted by the Irish Bowling Association.
It is a great opportunity to see some of the finest bowlers in the world on your own doorstep.
